Beachfront Villa in Nicaragua: Private Residence Suite Doña Vivian

Suite Vivian, named for the wife of Guacalito’s owner Don Carlos Pellas, is part of the Pellas family’s private oceanfront beach compound, but it can be rented when the family is not in residence.

This luxurious suite features 7,746 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living spaces, direct access to the beach and ocean, two complete master bedroom suites, one with indoor and outdoor shower gardens, a massage room and nearly 360 degree ocean views.

On the lower level, the beachfront swimming pool is flanked by a bathroom featuring the only private sauna at Mukul. Guest may also book the adjoining Casona Don Carlos to create a 20,000 sq. ft. six-bedroom suite with two swimming pools.
